Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in Colville, WA. The Optometrist will deliver high-quality eye care services, including routine eye examinations, diagnosis and treatment of vision conditions, and the management of eye diseases. Additional responsibilities include providing personalized solutions for corrective lenses, educating patients on eye care best practices, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing a wide range of vision and eye health issuesExpertise in recommending and fitting corrective lenses, including eyeglasses and contact lensesKnowledge of managing and treating ocular diseasesStrong patient education and communication skills to provide guidance and personalized careAbility to work collaboratively with a healthcare team in a professional settingDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree and active optometry license in Washington StateExperience with advanced diagnostic equipment and technologies is beneficialCommitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining ethical standardsPay and Benefitsminimum $600/day or 16% gross collections.
