Delivery Lead – IAM and Security Enablement
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving delivery, prioritization, and coordination across the company’s IAM and broader CISO initiatives to ensure secure, scalable, and auditable identity services that meet business needs. While IAM remains the primary focus, this role also supports adjacent CISO portfolio initiatives where identity is a core control - including cyber resiliency, SAP access, and role governance.Responsibilities:Own and manage IAM product and project delivery across identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication, and governance initiatives.Partner with IAM engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams to translate strategy and requirements into actionable work plans.Provide coordination, prioritization, and delivery oversight across multiple IAM workstreams without reliance on formal PMP methodology.Maintain and prioritize CISO program backlogs and roadmaps, balancing security risk, business impact, and operational capacity.Partner with SAP security, functional, and IAM teams to support SAP role design and governance, including SAP Fiori role development aligned to least privilege and business processes.What will you learn?How enterprise IAM products and services are delivered in a hybrid environment supporting multiple business units.How identity, access governance, security controls, and audit requirements work together in practice.How to influence and drive outcomes across engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.How to mature IAM processes from project-based delivery into repeatable, product-oriented capabilities.What makes you a good fit? 5–7 years of professional experience with exposure to IAM, information security, enterprise IT, or technology delivery.Hands-on experience coordinating or owning projects or product work across cross‑functional technical teams.Foundational understanding of IAM concepts such as Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access provisioning, authentication, and role or entitlement management.Experience in consulting or advisory environments (Big 4 or similar) is strongly preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and job specific certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CAPM.Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week at Ponce City Market.What could be the career path following this role?While you are the owner of your career, the below represent examples of logical career paths for a Program Delivery LeadSenior Product LeadProgram ManagerBottler, or TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) roleWork Environment:CONA follows a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days (60%) in the Atlanta office per week to support collaboration and development.
