Seasonal Lookbook Production· Generate complete seasonal lookbooks for all divisions using AI image generation. · Develop and maintain brand-consistent style prompts, model personas, and set concepts for each division.· Deliver finished print-ready and digital-optimized PDFs each season. Better Line / Linesheet with Model · Create AI-generated linesheets featuring styled model imagery alongside product flats. · Build reusable prompt templates and model silhouettes by division. · Maintain consistency across colorways, SKUs, and seasonal updates. · Format for both print distribution and digital buyer portal use. Website Image Updates· Own all image asset production for JAST's website. · Use AI upscaling, background replacement, and generative retouching to produce platform-compliant imagery from available product assets. · Maintain image naming conventions and version control. Buyer Pre-Selection Image Conversion · Convert raw product photos, flats, and spec imagery into buyer-ready presentation formats — including styled model comps, colorway boards, and assortment matrices. · Build efficient batch processing workflows for high-volume SKU conversion prior to market appointments. Buyer Request Image Creation (Inspo-Based)· Receive inspiration images and buyer briefs and produce original AI-generated visuals matching style direction, color palette, silhouette, and mood. · Rapidly iterate based on feedback. · Maintain a prompt library organized by buyer, division, and aesthetic theme. Additional Responsibilities · AI Workflow Development: Build and document reusable prompt libraries, templates, and processing pipelines for each deliverable type· Brand Governance: Ensure all AI-generated imagery aligns with JAST division brand standards; maintain a visual reference library per brand· Sales Enablement Assets: Collaborate with Sales and CMO to produce sell-in decks, buyer presentation boards, and trend boards· Quality Control: Review all AI outputs for artifacts, proportion errors, and brand inconsistencies before distribution· Tool Evaluation: Stay current on emerging AI design tools; recommend and pilot new platforms that drive efficiency or quality improvements· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production Design, Sales, and CMO on design-to-market timelines· Asset Management: Maintain organized digital asset library with version control, naming conventions, and access protocols Qualifications: · 3+ years of graphic design experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods· Demonstrated proficiency with AI image generation tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E 3, or equivalent· Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: Photoshop (Generative Fill), Illustrator, InDesign· Strong understanding of fashion retail visual standards: Linesheets, lookbooks, sell-in decks· Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated fashion/apparel imagery at commercial quality· Ability to translate buyer briefs and inspiration references into production-ready visuals· Strong file organization, naming convention discipline, and asset management habits
