Service Coordinator - Production Department
Overview:

Our customers expect impeccable service and quality; we aim to do things right the first time, every time, however repairs and service are required at times. The Service Department oversees a staff of in-house service technicians to ensure that the customer’s post-installation, warranty needs are fully met in a timely, high-quality and polite professional manner. We currently have an opening for a Service Coordinator who will communicate directly with customers and the service team to determine needs. They will order parts, schedule service technicians, organize paperwork, and maintain an organized and efficient process.

Communicate with customer and work with service team to determine customer needs
Order Parts
Schedule crews
Inventory management
Prompt follow up and follow through
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a natural desire to be proactive. They will have proven customer service skills, organizational skills, be a self starter with “outside the box” thinking, excellent communication skills. We will train you on our products and systems, no prior home improvement knowledge base is necessary. This position reports to the Service Manager, who will help with your education of our specific products and services and processes.
