Nurse RecruiterWe are seeking Nurse Recruiter for a large healthcare system based out of Michigan.This is a contract role for 6 months (Hybrid).Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Summary:This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment and staffing services to hospital leaders by delivering top nursing talent. Recruits potential candidates for nursing positions, screens and interviews applicants to determine preferences, limitations and qualifications. Refers qualified applicants to appropriate hiring authority. Coordinates internal movement of nursing employees. Maintains excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community at-large.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategiesSource, screen, and interview candidates for RN and clinical positionsPrepare candidates for interviews and provide detailed role insightsCoordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teamsExtend offers in collaboration with leadership and within compensation guidelinesMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with policiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partnersParticipate in job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring initiativesStay updated on recruitment trends and best practicesSupport and guide Talent Acquisition team members as neededRequired Qualifications:3–4+ years of RN recruiting experience (required)High-volume recruiting experience preferredExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
