Restaurant Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly demeanor. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all items meet quality standards before serving. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy service periods. Wine and Cocktail experience a plus Requirements 5+ years experience as server in upscale / fine dining restaurant mandatary Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
