Working under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, you'll troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate ensures fleet reliability, minimize AOG delays, and support 24/7 coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems, including airframe, powerplant, electrical, and avionics.Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.Support both in-hangar maintenance operations and mobile AOG response, maintaining operational continuity.Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure accountability for assigned aircraft.QualificationsValid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required).Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation).Familiarity with Citation X and Hawker 800X aircraft (preferred).Entry-level candidates: No prior experience required; must show motivation, reliability, and attention to safety.Experienced candidates: 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.Key CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail, with a safety-first approach, and commitment to quality and accuracy.Clear communication and coordination with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams.Solid time management, reliability, and documentation skills.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety standards and schedule integrity.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied to aircraft systems.Job TypeOnsiteCompensation AndBenefitsFully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employeePaid Time Off (PTO)401k Plan w/Matching
