Finance Manager Compensation Salary range: $84,400 – $129,200 annually Annual bonus opportunity: $10,500 Comprehensive benefits package available Finance Manager Highlights Full-time, direct hire opportunity Leadership role overseeing finance, reporting, and analytics functions Works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Location: DeLand, FL Finance Manager Responsibilities Manage DeLand-based accounting, financial reporting, and data analytics team Prepare presentation-ready materials for senior leadership Analyze and explain operational and financial metrics Build and maintain complex financial models related to pricing, profitability, and operational performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes Lead and support cross-functional process improvement initiatives Respond to ad hoc financial and operational analysis requests Delegate and prioritize analytics projects to ensure timely, high-quality output Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and analytical deliverables Collaborate with operations, sales, and corporate teams as needed Finance Manager Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2 years of management experience Strong experience with financial systems and financial reporting Advanced financial modeling skills (pricing, profitability, operations) Proficiency in report writing tools such as Cognos or Crystal Reports Intermediate SQL query writing skills Understanding of relational database concepts Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong business process and data analysis skills Preferred Qualifications CPA license strongly preferred MBA, CPA, or MAcc Six Sigma experience or training Healthcare or laboratory services industry experience * INDLK Pay: $84,400.00 - $129,200.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
