If you are a career-minded, service-driven professional looking to join a fast-paced organization, this entry-level position in our branch network is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a team environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.ResponsibilitiesReceive training on an array of AAA products and services to confidently interact with members and achieve individual and team cross-selling goals.Advance with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth; 90% of our managers are promoted from within.Be eligible for a competitive benefits package, including paid volunteer time and a pension plan.Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services such as passport photos, road-trip planning, and cashiering duties.Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.Be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm and rotating Saturdays, 9 am – 1 pm.
