Humboldt- Remote (Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone)Work schedule 8 am - 5 pm PT. Training hours will differ.Under general supervision, this Client Support Representative role is responsible for general clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to email inquiries, managing the work flow through various applications and maintaining professional communication with our Leadership team, Customer Service peers, inter-departmental and external sales teams as well as Humboldt merchants.What You'll Do: Review and respond to merchant’s & sales agent requests via telephone and/or email. Answer phone calls within our Service Level Agreement standards. Participate in the completion of special projects assigned by leadership. Complete required training (s) within the allotted time frame. Attend and participate in weekly and monthly team meetings What We Need From You: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year experience working in an office environment. Strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions, and seek out guidance for clarity, if needed. Professional telephone etiquette.
