The ideal candidate will manage diverse tasks ranging from calculating customer pricing, tracking contracting activities, preparing detailed reports, maintaining contracts repository, to supporting contract launches. It requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to address requests, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to effective contract management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and calculate customer pricing using MS Excel and MS Access.Prepare, analyze, and summarize detailed reports for various purposes.Support sales efforts through effective contract and customer request management.Contribute to the contract launch and marketing process.Maintain contracts repository and ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of contract information.Must-Have Skills:Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.Industry Experience:Experience in contract management and familiarity with computer reseller contractual requirements are highly desirable.About AkrayaAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
