DescriptionShift Leaders are held accountable: To operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager or Manager. Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability. Job Functions: Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.Train and develop crew under the direction of management, AND LOTS MORE!! Additional Requirements Eligibility requirements are to be at least 18 years of age, available to work all shifts and weekends. References, Background, Drug Test, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. Reliable TransportationShift Management Experience required Must be 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations Available to work all shifts and weekends Complete 90 day probationary period Must adhere to drug test, reference check, and criminal background for pre-employment purposes Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 18 years or older Preferred qualifications: Valid driver's license Background check Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
