Dive into a role that combines project coordination with administrative support, all while fostering your professional growth.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide project coordination and administrative assistance to the Operational Excellence Department.Schedule and coordinate meetings between teams.Take and consolidate notes during meetings.Track, follow-up, and complete action items from tactical meetings.Create, track, or update reports as assigned.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software or systems.Support project documentation, data collection, and analysis.Maintain project status and manage training registrations and attendance.Support Knowledge Base and Learning Management System management.Requirements3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.Excellent skills with Microsoft Office suite.Experience with data input, management, analysis, and cleaning.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic and detail-oriented.Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups and team members.Bachelor's or Associate Degree.PreferencesFamiliarity with IT systems such as Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Webex, Asana, Confluence, Salesforce, JIRA, NEIS.Experience in managing multiple activities and delivering on commitments efficiently.Proficiency in administrative duties like schedule management, report drafting, and communications.Ready to take the next step in your career?
