LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Edison, NJ.ResponsibilitiesLead the development, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents across all project phasesDrive multidisciplinary coordination with internal and external teams, including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultantsEnsure technical quality through rigorous document review, constructability analysis, and coordination oversightSupport and contribute to QA/QC standards and continuous improvement of documentation processesLeverage BIM tools (Revit and related platforms) to support model-based coordination, documentation, and interdisciplinary integrationParticipate in BIM/VDC workflows, including model coordination, clash detection, and integration with internal engineering teamsSupport continuous improvement of digital delivery standards, including model quality, organization, and coordination practicesParticipate in construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field coordination, ensuring alignment between design intent and executionMentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environmentAdapt to a variety of project types, scales, and delivery methods within a dynamic workload environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution6-10 years of experience in architectural documentation and coordinationProfessional architectural licensure preferred (or actively pursuing licensure).Advanced proficiency in Revit required, with experience supporting BIM-based coordination and documentation workflowsFamiliarity with BIM/VDC processes, including model coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration, strongly preferredStrong understanding of building systems, codes, and consultant coordinationExperience with 3D modeling and visualization tools is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to lead technical efforts within a collaborative team environmentWhy LiRo-HillWork within an integrated A/E firm offering direct collaboration with in-house structural, MEP, and environmental teamsEngage in a diverse portfolio of meaningful projects across public and private sectorsBe part of a growing New England practice with opportunities for advancement and leadershipContribute to a collaborative culture that values technical excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvementWe are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.Competitive Total Compensation PackageEmployee-Only Stock Purchase PlanMentoring programsContinuing Education ProgramEmployee referral bonusVolunteer/Industry association opportunitiesOur Culture:We believe in the power of collaboration.
