Principal Experience Measurement
A company is looking for a Principal, Experience Measurement & Validation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and evolve a staged validation system to reduce launch risk and guide capabilities through testing phases
Establish experience measurement standards and scalable approaches for early customer exposure to inform product readiness
Build a multi-dimensional experience measurement framework and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years in quantitative UX research, mixed-methods research, or product insights
Experience connecting customer feedback to observed behavior and identifying gaps
Familiarity with UX measurement frameworks and their application to behavioral signals
Experience with staged rollouts and understanding of controlled exposure impact on signal quality
Ability to synthesize various signal types and communicate insights effectively
