Inspector - 2nd Shift

Crown Staffing is hiring: 2nd Shift Inspector - Batavia, OHHours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:15 AMStarting Pay: $16.50/hr and up, based on experienceCrown Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role ensuring electronic assemblies meet established quality standards. If you have manufacturing experience and a strong eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to grow with Crown Staffing.Key Responsibilities:Inspect electronic materials and assemblies for conformance to specificationsPerform basic startup and shutdown procedures for equipmentLearn to read component values, polarity, and orientation (thru-hole and SMT components like resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.)Utilize inspection gauges and tools to meet IPC-A-610 Class 2 or customer standardsReference assembly drawings and bills of materials for inspection requirementsTake responsibility for the quality of your work and follow established processesCommunicate effectively with team members and suggest improvements Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing experience, preferably in electronic assemblyStrong computer skills and ability to learn inspection processesKnowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards or willingness to learnDetail-oriented, reliable, and cooperative team playerAbility to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and stretch as required
