Oracle APEX Developer

Seeking an Oracle APEX Developer with hands-on experience building enterprise applications using Oracle APEX (v21.3+). The role requires expertise in APEX development, Oracle database programming (SQL/PLSQL), REST integrations, and modern UI customization using JavaScript and CSS. Experience working in multi-developer environments and adhering to defined coding standards is required.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications using Oracle APEX (v21.3 or higher)Build and customize APEX UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APEX Universal ThemeDesign and develop database objects including tables, views, materialized views, packages, procedures, and functionsWrite complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code to support application functionalityDevelop and consume REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)Implement JavaScript and CSS integrations within APEX applicationsConfigure and manage APEX application processes tied to JavaScript eventsWork within parallel development environments across multiple developersFollow established architecture standards, coding practices, and deployment processesTroubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues in coordination with DevOps and server teamsAnalyze and modify existing data models, including legacy system structuresMandatory Qualifications4+ years of Oracle APEX development experienceExpert-level experience with Oracle APEX (v21.3 or higher)Experience with APEX Universal Theme and native APEX CSS frameworksProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery and Oracle JET)Experience integrating JavaScript events with APEX processesStrong knowledge of XML, JSON, and DOM structuresExperience developing and consuming REST APIs using ORDSAdvanced SQL and PL/SQL development experienceExperience with Oracle Database 11g/12c or higherExperience with database objects: views, materialized views, database links, and refresh strategiesExperience working on multi-developer APEX environmentsExperience troubleshooting application and infrastructure issuesExperience with data model design and modification, including HR systemsDesired SkillsExperience with Oracle Forms, Reports, or OBIEEExperience with database migration, performance tuning, and optimization (Oracle 12c+)Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERWIN)Experience with ETL processes, data loads, and data migrationExperience handling JSON data storage and processing in OracleExperience developing APEX custom plug-insExperience with APEX installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
