As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you belong in a place where your voice is heard, your expertise is valued, and your work matters—every single day.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight for behavior intervention programs for individuals with AutismConduct assessments and design function-based behavior support plansLead and inspire RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and team growthCollaborate with families and other professionals to support client goalsEmbrace a hybrid model of service delivery including clinic, home, and remote-based workRequired SkillsCurrent Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) CertificationMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of two (2) years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with AutismStrong knowledge of the principles of applied behavior analysisExperience conducting functional behavior analysis (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plansPractical experience managing and supervising team membersCollaborative organizational and communication skills to facilitate accomplishment of goals with clients, families, and team membersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAccess to reliable transportation
