BILINGUAL CALL CENTER TECH SPECIALIST

Jasco is looking for a Bilingual Consumer Care Tech Specialist that wants to go above and beyond for our customers! Shift is 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Call center hours are 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. $16.70-$17.20 per hour Consumer Care Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving to always exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.Fluent written/spoken English and SpanishIn this role you will handle phone calls from customers and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.As a specialist you will receive training on all Jasco's products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals. Competencies: Action-Oriented, Being Resilient, Communicates Effectively, Demonstrates Self-Awareness, Quality of Work, Situational Adaptability Previous customer service/call center experience is preferred.Working knowledge of consumer electronics is desired.Fluent written/spoken English and Spanish required.Competency in a Microsoft Windows computer environment desired.Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
