ResponsibilitiesCreate a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroomwhere kids can explore and grow Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate lessonLesson plans that spark curiosity and creativitySing songs, read stories, build block towers (and friendships) Partner with families to support each child's developmentLead with love, patience, and a whole lot of play-based learningKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesProblem-solving and mediation skills.QualificationsHS Diploma Minimum Experience working with preschool-age children (3-year-olds are your jam!) A strong understanding of child development and best practices in ECE Excellent communication and teamwork skillsCDA, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
