Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for end users across hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Location: Phoenix, AZPay rate :$30/hr on w2 to $32/hr on w2 Responsibilities:Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and communication system issues . Troubleshoot and resolve Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device issues . Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary . Create concise, accurate, and informative tickets within the ticketing system . Follow up on open tickets in a timely manner and ensure issues are resolved completely. Document troubleshooting steps and technical support processes clearly . Prioritize multiple support requests while working efficiently under pressure . Deliver excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication . Required Qualifications:Experience working with ticketing systems and technical support documentation . Strong knowledge of Windows support, deskside support, and end-user device support . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment . Comfortable working flexible hours when needed . Previous experience in customer service, call center, or help desk support required . Strong computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies .
