This job requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced team enviroment.Duties to include, but are not limited to:Maintain a hefty knowledge of strains, products, consumption methods, and cannabis cultureMaintain a tidy, safe, and inspiring store experiencePromote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliantWith state regulations and established policies and proceduresAnswering the phone and greeting walk-in customersAccurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system and all cash handlingAccurate and timely data entry of customer informationVerifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customersEnsure consistent Store organization and cleanlinessProvide outstanding customer service, it is essential that you represent the industry with a compassionate, yet professional demeanorOther duties as assigned by the Management TeamRequirements:21 years of age or olderReliable transportation Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, as neededMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to stand for extended periods of time, typically between 4 to 6 hours per shiftOLCC Marijuana Workers Permit(Reimbursed after completing 90 days of employment)Preferred:Working knowledge of OLCC cannabis laws and regulationsFriendly with exceptional customer service skillsKnowledge of cannabisGood organizational skillsCash handling and POS experienceJob Type: Part-timeSchedule:Day shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
