RESPONSIBILITIES Assist clients with ambulation and mobility Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Plan and prepare meals Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to pass a background check with MN Department of Health and Human Services. Reliable transportation to and from work. Compassionate about the care and well-being of others. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language adequately to respond to individual's needs. Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively. Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures and guidelines. Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, reach, push and pull.
