Creative Director, A/V MarketingLocation: Culver City, CASchedule: Hybrid | 3 Days/Week Onsite | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/WeekPay Rate: 90-100/hour based on experienceEmployment Type: Contract through May 2027About the OpportunityOur client, a globally recognized leader in entertainment, streaming, and consumer technology, is seeking a Creative Director, A/V Marketing to support high-profile original content campaigns across film, series, and multi-title initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and strategic storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to build compelling campaigns that drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.This role will oversee A/V creative development across trailers, TV spots, social campaigns, digital placements, and additional branded content supporting premium original programming. The ideal candidate has strong entertainment marketing instincts, exceptional creative direction skills, and experience leading both internal teams and external agency partners through high-volume campaign work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative direction across A/V marketing campaigns supporting film, series, and multi-title content initiativesPartner closely with strategy, marketing distribution, and cross-functional teams to develop engaging creative concepts and campaign executionsOversee Writer/Producer talent and provide strong creative feedback throughout the production processDirect external creative agencies and production partners to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with brand standardsEnsure messaging and creative consistency across campaigns, channels, and platformsManage multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing shifting priorities and timelinesCollaborate closely with Creative Advertising Producers, Production Managers, Post Producers, and additional creative stakeholdersPresent creative concepts and campaign plans to leadership and cross-functional teamsManage schedules, timelines, budgets, and campaign workflowsQualifications5+ years of experience leading title, entertainment, or brand creative campaignsStrong background developing high-quality A/V creative for streaming, entertainment, television, film, or media brandsDeep understanding of TV, digital, paid social, and cross-platform advertising formatsProven storytelling and creative direction experience across trailers, TV spots, social marketing, digital out-of-home, and high-impact social contentStrong presentation, communication, and feedback skillsExperience working cross-functionally within fast-paced, high-volume creative organizationsAbility to manage multiple campaign types and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience working with global teams or international campaigns is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferredThis is an incredible opportunity to join a world-class creative marketing environment supporting premium entertainment campaigns viewed by global audiences.
