Associate Lawyer

VF Law, a leading homeowner association law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona for its Mesa, AZ office. An attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation, HOA collections, covenant enforcement, and/or insurance defense is preferred.*Conduct thorough legal research using WestLaw to support case preparation.Draft legal documents and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice.Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including insurance defense and enforcement.A portable book of business is a bonus if it complements our core areas of practice: HOA, construction defect, collections, insurance defense, real estate and/or general business.
