SummarySpire is seeking a Facilities System Administrator. This position will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the IWMS system, as well as administration and maintenance of Facilities Department software and databases. This includes AutoCAD drawings and reporting related to facilities and real estate data. The Facilities System Analyst shall act as the subject matter expert for all Computer Aided Facility Management software and data management for the Facilities Department as well as provide Workplace and Planning team support as needed for site walk throughs, AutoCAD plan updates, etc.Company OverviewWe are committed to understanding the needs of the homes and businesses we serve. By living our values and competencies, we strive to create an environment where employees feel welcome, respected and valued.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrate, manage, and generate reporting in the IWMS SystemLead as subject matter expert for all IWMS capabilities and is the primary contact for all related activities for the system throughout all company entitiesAct as project manager for IWMS System, gather and analyze data, problem solve and communicate recommendations IWMSAbility to analyze and manipulate data for ad-hoc reportingApply data metrics that are important to client and business needsDevelop dashboard reporting for frequently requested Real Estate and Facilities data reportsManage IWMS system development including upgrades and enhancements to the systemMonitor and track IWMS performanceIdentify and advocate continuous process improvement and automation opportunitiesServe as the point of contact for IWMS vendor and end users to track and resolve technical issues as well as system enhancement requestsManage the IWMS contract for compliance and accurate billing, act as liaison between company and vendorDevelop and train other associates on software updates and functions within the IWMS System.
