The ideal candidate will have expertise in fracture stimulation, heavy equipment operation, and construction, particularly in the oil and gas industry. If you have a passion for operating heavy machinery and contributing to important projects, we encourage you to apply.Job DutiesOperate specialized equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following company guidelines and best practices.Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.Interact with fracture stimulation customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.Promote a safety-conscious culture within the team.Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment, which may involve physical labor and manual tasks.Be willing and flexible to travel to various locations as required by the job.Work on a schedule of two weeks on and one week off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.Performs other duties as directed by the Field Operations Manager(s) and Operations Director.RequirementsProven experience in fracture stimulation, heavy equipment operation, preferably in oil and gas or construction environments.Proficiency in operating cranes, rigs, and other specialized machinery.Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations for equipment operation.Ability to work effectively in a team environment to accomplish project goals This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in dynamic environments.Must have a valid CDL Class A License.Job TypeFull-timeBenefitsFully paid Employee Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCell phone stipendPaid time offPer Diem provided Company-paid accommodations when on shift Schedule12 hour shift- two weeks on, one week off.Day shiftNight shiftExperienceOil & Gas: Minimum of 3 years Some Knowledge of Frac Fleet Operations and Frac Designs License/CertificationA current Commercial Driver's License- Class A, is requiredShift AvailabilityDay Shift Night Shift Willingness To Travel100% (Required)Work Location:Based out of Marshall, TX, but must be willing to consistently travel throughout Texas and potentially other states when on shift.The Pay Range For This Role Is65,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Marshall, TX)
