Category Procurement Analyst - REMOTEAre you a detail-oriented engineering professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and working with cross-functional teams?We're looking for a Category Procurement Analyst (Mechanical) to play a key role in sourcing critical equipment and technology for large-scale Data Center Infrastructure projects. You'll partner with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, budgets stay on track, and projects move forward seamlessly.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step build procurement career in Data Centers with a foundational knowledge in mechanical engineering in a collaborative environment with exposure to high-value capital projects.What You'll DoAs a trusted procurement partner, you'll:Lead sourcing events including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for critical equipment and IT systemsManage purchase orders, change orders, and supplier documentation using NetSuite ERPTrack budgets, equipment deliveries, and project milestones to keep schedules on targetBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring performance and resolving delivery or pricing issuesReview contract documents, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure alignment with project requirementsCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Vendors to proactively solve procurement challengesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field2–3 years of procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experienceStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to interpret construction documents, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedulesWorking knowledge of MEP equipment and construction materialsExperience with NetSuite, Excel, Power BI, and SharePointBonus Points ForExperience supporting construction, mission-critical facilities, or data center projectsFamiliarity with capital equipment procurement and supplier managementA proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independentlyWhy Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects while partnering with experienced professionals across engineering, construction, and operations.
