ole Name: NYL_Service Experience - Customer & Field Experience_Siebel Solution Lead_D1_USLocation: New York / HybridJob Description – Siebel Solution LeadWe are seeking a Siebel Solution Lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Siebel CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, customize, and implement Siebel CRM solutions based on business requirements.Perform Siebel application configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI customization, and integration with external systems.Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Siebel configurations and customizations.Manage and administer Siebel environments, including installations, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Siebel applications.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.Stay updated with Siebel CRM updates, patches, and new features, and recommend best practices.Hands-on experience with Java and Oracle is required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and administration.Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, data model, Siebel Tools, and web services integration.Experience in Siebel eScript, Workflow, Configuration, and EAI components.Experience with Siebel Open UI and responsive design is preferred.Ability to perform installations, upgrades, and migrations in Siebel environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment."All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran"
