Amazon Compliance Specialist

Seeking an experienced Amazon Compliance Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage compliance with Amazon US product listing policies and international regulations, ensuring all products meet legal and labeling standards across various marketplaces.Key responsibilities Monitor and maintain compliance with Amazon US product listing policies and manage relationships with Amazon compliance teamsLead compliance for international Amazon marketplaces, including VAT registration and country-specific labeling requirementsDevelop and maintain a master labeling matrix and coordinate with product development to integrate compliance requirementsRequired qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce compliance, regulatory affairs, or marketplace operations, preferably with AmazonWorking knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central compliance workflowsFamiliarity with US consumer product regulations (CPSIA, Prop 65, FTC guidelines, FDA rules)Hands-on experience with VAT, EPR, and customs compliance for cross-border e-commerce, particularly in the EU and UKStrong understanding of product labeling requirements across multiple geographies#J-18808-Ljbffr
