Title TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (TPM) – SUPPLY CHAIN Location Onsite role in Santa Clara Pay Rate $100 - $110 per hour Hours 40 hours per week Duration 6-Month Contract (Starting Immediately) Summary This high-priority role drives a strategic operations initiative within a fast-paced supply chain organization. The position offers significant executive visibility and requires an independent operator capable of managing highly cross-functional environments. You will bring structure to ambiguous business problems and guide teams toward critical milestones. Description – Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Supply Chain Drive end-to-end execution of a strategic operations program with executive stakeholders. Coordinate across Supply Chain, Planning, Business Operations, Engineering, IT, and external manufacturing partners. Manage complex dependencies, risks, issue resolution, and executive communications. Lead cross-functional meetings, track action items, and drive accountability across teams. Bring structure to ambiguous business problems and help teams execute toward critical milestones. Qualifications – Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Supply Chain 7+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience. Background in supply chain, manufacturing operations, planning, semiconductor, or related enterprise operations is highly preferred. Experience collaborating with external manufacturing partners (e.g., CEMs/EMS/OSATs) is a plus. Proven experience working across multiple organizations without direct authority. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
