ContractJob Overview:Lead the design and delivery of enterprise and solution architecture for data platforms, AI-enabled data products, and data integration solutions across Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudera platforms.Provide architectural guidance for cloud environments, including AI-enabled data products, agentic frameworks, secure data sharing, and data linkage capabilities.Define and govern enterprise data models, architecture standards, and best practices.Translate business strategies into scalable, secure, and high-performing data architecture solutions.Provide thought leadership in data management, analytics, and AI-driven architecture.Requirement/Must Have:University degree in business, management, or related discipline with 6 years of Data Architect experience, OR equivalent diploma or certification with 8 10 years of experience as specified.Experience dealing with clients and explaining complex data principles clearly.Experience defining technical architecture, data integration, and supporting software development and deployment processes.Experience designing, implementing, and supporting architecture solutions in complex enterprise environments.Experience across multiple architecture domains including business, application, technology, data, security, and privacy.Experience modelling complex business processes and translating them into IT systems.Experience:Experience working in enterprise architecture environments with large-scale systems.Experience in cloud-based data platforms and architecture delivery.Experience supporting data integration, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.Responsibilities:Design and deliver enterprise and solution architecture for data platforms and AI-enabled solutions.Support data product development within Data Fabric and Data Mesh frameworks.Guide implementation of data linkages, crosswalks, integration patterns, and secure data sharing frameworks.Define frameworks for data quality, metadata management, and AI-enabled data assets.Develop semantic layers and reusable data models.Develop and validate proof-of-concept solutions for data integration and AI use cases.Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to define requirements and business value.Provide architectural consultation to leadership and project teams.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.Ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups for complex data and AI solutions.Define and promote best practices in data governance, integration, security, and data quality.Support cloud modernization and platform transformation initiatives.Evaluate and recommend emerging AI and agentic technologies.Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and data classification standards.Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and architects for consistent delivery.Review solution designs, pipelines, and architectures for scalability and performance.Support delivery of scalable data product processes and frameworks.Manage tasks, track actions, and escalate risks as needed.Coordinate approvals and stakeholder sign-offs.Mentor and coach team members in data and AI solutions.Promote innovation and data-driven culture across the organization.Maintain stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.Deliver architecture designs, data models, and technical recommendations.Produce documentation for data linkages, integration patterns, and secure frameworks.Provide weekly and monthly status reporting.Should Have:Experience leading workshops and presenting to senior leadership.Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, and Cloudera platforms.Experience in data migration and enterprise data transformation initiatives.Experience building reusable data products, APIs, and semantic layers.Experience with ML/AI pipelines, MLOps, and advanced analytics solutions.Experience designing AI-enabled and agentic frameworks.Experience delivering training and enabling teams on data and AI practices.Experience with Big Data and Data Fabric/Data Mesh architectures.Experience with TOGAF, Gartner, or Zachman frameworks.Experience in public sector environments.Experience implementing data security, privacy, and governance controls.Experience with Responsible AI principles including fairness, bias detection, and explainability.Skills:Enterprise data architecture design.Cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Cloudera).Data integration, modeling, and governance.AI/ML architecture and
