Customer Service Representative

DescriptionGage Bilt is a proud Michigan-based company, manufacturing and selling our own line of industrial riveting installation tools and accessories worldwide. As a family-run business since 1956, we have a dedicated team, with some employees having over 30 years of service. We are eager to discuss how we can grow together.What You’ll DoConfirm, enter, track, and follow up on entered orders in our ERP system.Prepare and process customer quotations.Manage emails and communication through Outlook.Answer phones and serve as the first point of contact for customers.Support the Sales team with product information, lead times, and pricing.Provide professional, solution-focused customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships.Develop product knowledge to assist with technical questions and support sales growth.Maintain accurate customer records and updates in our ERP/CRM to support sales planning and forecasting.What We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.A team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset.Prior customer service experience preferred, manufacturing or technical product experience a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/database experience preferred.Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDBenefitsBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO, short- and long-term disability
