Senior Incentive Processor

A company is looking for a Senior Incentive Processor to manage and control the processing of rebate and incentive applications for energy efficiency programs. Key Responsibilities Process new lighting incentive applications and validate documentation for compliance Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on program requirements Assist with internal collaboration and support process improvements for incentive processing Required Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative operations A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Experience in incentive processing or detailed data processing Desire to contribute to clean energy efforts and support local businesses Ability to work fully remote within Oregon
