Mindful Minds Psychiatry is a multi-location outpatient psychiatric practice with offices in Parker, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Westminster, and Denver. We provide both in-person and telehealth psychiatric care and are seeking a reliable, consistent Patient Care Coordinator to support operations across multiple clinics.
This role is critical. Reliability, communication, and accountability are non-negotiable.
Position Overview
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for front-office operations, patient coordination, scheduling, insurance-related tasks, and daily administrative support. This role requires someone who can manage details, stay organized in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment, and show up consistently for patients and providers.
Core Responsibilities
· Greet and check in patients in a professional, welcoming manner
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the office space
· Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
· Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
· Collect, verify, and update patient information in the electronic medical record system
· Assist with insurance verification and basic billing-related tasks
· Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as needed
· Provide administrative and operational support to providers and leadership
· Support multiple clinic locations as assigned
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Friday may be worked remotely since providers are not in office. Remote work on Fridays is optional, not required.
Required Qualifications
· Must live in Colorado, must have reliable transportation, driver license, and car insurance
· Prior experience in a medical or mental health office strongly preferred
· Familiarity with mental health terminology and outpatient workflows
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality (HIPAA)
· Proven reliability and consistency with attendance and communication
Compensation
$19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
