You'll work on platforms that power mission-critical systems - all within a flexible, remote-first culture that values deep expertise, autonomy, and continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, build, and support robust platform solutionsIntegrate front-end components with backend systems via APIs and web servicesDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines that deliver high-quality code at speedBuild automated infrastructure with Terraform and other IaC toolsArchitect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS/AzureAutomate scaling, deployment, and management of containerized applicationsMonitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance to ensure reliabilityImplement proactive monitoring solutions that detect and prevent outagesTranslate complex client requirements into scalable, automated solutionsContribute to team knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, and process improvement effortsSupport and maintain secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure for critical systemsSkills Knowledge & ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:5+ years of software development experience3+ years of experience in Core Java3+ years of experience with Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices)2+ years of Angular experienceExperience designing and building scalable, distributed systemsHands-on experience with AWS and/or AzureExperience with DevOps (CI/CD), Kubernetes, and TerraformExperience in consulting or client-facing delivery rolesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong multi-tasker, self-starter, and proactive team playerCloud certificationsPreferred QualificationsHighly regulated industry experience (e.g. finance, healthcare)AWS and Azure Professional level certificationsKubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)Agile experienceBenefits & PerksBenefits of full-time remote work but with a close team environment.
