Procurement Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement professional to support the full procurement lifecycle for assigned commodities and services. This role involves developing solicitation and contract documentation, analyzing technical and regulatory information, and coordinating procurement activities under general supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing solicitations (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and related procurement documentsSupport evaluation processes, negotiations, and contract awardsProvide guidance to internal stakeholders in developing technical and performance specificationsIdentify procurement issues and recommend solutions in compliance with applicable policies and regulationsAssist in contract administration, including post-award activities and contract extensionsAnalyze requests and draft contract amendments or change ordersConduct market research and data analysis to support procurement decisionsReview Sole Source and Emergency procurement requests for compliancePrepare written determinations for leadership review and approvalParticipate in meetings and support special procurement-related projects as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Administration or Procurement-related roleProficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)High School Diploma or equivalentStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience with purchasing, quoting, or vendor managementAbility to summarize, analyze, and interpret data effectivelyCompany DescriptionLanceSoft is a global workforce solutions and IT services firm founded in 2000, specializing in temporary/permanent staffing, IT services, and outsourcing (RPO) for sectors like healthcare and IT.
