Office Administrator / HR Support - Bi-Lingual We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office and HR-related functions. This role plays a key part in supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with onboarding, training, and payroll processes. Responsibilities include: Managing customer service orders Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation Supporting onboarding and orientation, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring required paperwork is completed Providing recruitment support and assisting with training initiatives Assisting with payroll processes, including data entry and audits Addressing employee questions and helping resolve workplace concerns General data entry and administrative support Ordering food and assisting with on-site events Attending distribution center functions as needed Requirements: Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Pay: Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Must be available to work one late shift per week (10:00 AM 6:30 PM)Overtime and weekend availability is required when needed Pay: DOE
