We are looking for a Shift Leaders who will play a vital role in restaurant operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining standards. - The expectation is that our Shift leaders will assist in creating a culture that is positive, exciting and rewarding alongside the General Manager - shift leaders are charged with the task of assisting in recruiting and training the next generation of crew members, guiding them to be promoted and empowering them to have a successful career. What you'll do: - Execute Managerial duties in General Managers absence - Food & Beverage preparation - Foster a team environment - Execute Operational Excellence - Assist in Maintaining Profitability - Focus on the Customer - Drive Results - Solve Problems & Make Difficult Decisions Who you are: - Has experience with math & financial management - Has restaurant and supervisory experience - Food safety certified not required, but a plus!
