Part-Time Executive Assistant / Operations Support (Remote or Hybrid – SF Bay Area) Compensation: $35–45/hourLocation: Remote or hybrid if based in the SF Bay Area / Sausalito Hours: Flexible, part-time (roughly 15–25 hours/week to start) Intuitive Intelligence is a growing company in the leadership, wellness, and human development space looking for a highly organized, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant / Operations Support professional to join our team in a flexible, part-time capacity. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating structure, keeping tasks moving behind the scenes, and helping a mission-driven business operate smoothly.
