Content Project ManagerLocation: Mt. Clemens, MIOur client, a leading organization in the restoration and recovery industry, is seeking a Content Project Manager to support its Contents division. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of content-related projects tied to inventory, documentation, and restoration workflows following property loss events.The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, operational awareness, and the ability to coordinate across field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality content handling.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of content project execution within the Contents division, from initial intake through final return and reconciliationCoordinate logistics for inventory, packing, transport, storage, and restoration of client contentsEnsure accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of all content items using internal systemsAct as the primary liaison between field teams, warehouse operations, vendors, and leadershipDevelop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and service level agreements are metIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfactionMonitor budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls across multiple concurrent projectsEnsure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and client expectationsSupport training and onboarding of team members related to content management processesQualifications3+ years of project management experience, preferably in restoration, logistics, moving/storage, or related industriesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with inventory systems, asset tracking, or content management platforms preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process adherenceAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, especially in response to emergency situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsPreferred ExperienceBackground in restoration services, insurance-related work, or disaster recoveryFamiliarity with pack-out processes, contents cleaning, or warehouse operationsPMP or similar project management certification is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetHigh accuracy in inventory tracking and documentationStrong cross-functional collaboration and communicationImproved operational efficiency and customer satisfactionWhy JoinThis is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing division that directly impacts clients during critical times.
