Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Field Construction Technician with hands-on experience in heavy civil, mechanical, or process-related construction. This is a working field role requiring strong mechanical aptitude and versatility. You will perform skilled labor tasks, assist with process installations, and support remediation and industrial projects. This is not an entry-level position. Technical Experience We ValuePreference given to candidates with experience in: Process piping installation (steel, HDPE, ductile iron) HDPE butt fusion and electrofusion Above and below ground pipe installation Welding (pipe and/or structural) Rigging and equipment setting Industrial or remediation sites Concrete forming and minor structural work Mechanical system installation Candidates with exposure to landfill, environmental, or regulated construction sites will stand out. Travel RequirementsMajority of projects located in NJ/PA. Travel within NJ required (per diem and mileage when >1.5 hrs from Florham Park office). Occasional out-of-state travel (rotations up to 3 weeks) may be required a few times per year or more. Travel time, per diem, lodging, and airfare (if applicable) are paid by the company. If you are not willing to travel occasionally, this role is not a fit.
