Role: Photolithography Equipment Technician (Night Shift)Location: Austin, TX (On‑site)Type: Full‑time, permanentPay: ~up to $94,000/yearStart Date: May 11, 2026Shift: Nights – 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM• Sunday–Tuesday• Every other Saturday What this role isYou’ll be part of the team that keeps photolithography tools running inside a semiconductor fab. These tools are critical to making chips, so your job is to troubleshoot issues quickly, perform preventative maintenance, and keep downtime as low as possible. What you’ll do day to dayPerform daily checks and scheduled preventative maintenance on lithography toolsRespond quickly when equipment goes downTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process‑related issuesWork with tools like ASML TWINSCAN, ASML PAS 5500, TEL ACT8 Track, TEL LITHIUS / LITHIUS PROUse data and system alerts (SPC/FDC) to identify and fix problemsReplace parts, recalibrate equipment, and document all work completedCoordinate downtime and repairs with manufacturing and engineering teamsHelp with tool upgrades, improvements, and wafer recovery after maintenance What they’re looking forAssociate’s degree in engineering or science OR 8+ years of semiconductor experience3+ years of hands‑on photolithography equipment experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with complex semiconductor toolsComfortable reading schematics and technical diagramsAble to work independently and in a team‑based fab environmentPhysically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
