Dispensary Entry Agent

JOB TITLE: Dispensary Entry AgentAUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:Reports directly to the Dispensary Entry Agent Team LeadAdditional oversight by Assistant Dispensary Manager and Dispensary ManagerJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and enforce the company’s safety and entry proceduresEnthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the buildingCheck identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the buildingMonitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breachesAnswer front desk phone and direct calls accordinglyAssist with clearing snow and or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit Maintain a clean and organized work environmentOther duties and special projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detailOrganizational and time management skills requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredComfortable with handling confidential informationADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 21 years of agePossess valid driver’s license or state IDMust pass all required background checksAbility to work nights, holidays and weekendsMust be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of timePowered by JazzHRLPJrSNxFTh
