The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Product Ownership and Business Analysis expertise, particularly within data-centric applications and workflow-driven platforms. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and an existing Business Analyst to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and deliver scalable product capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product roadmap and backlog for a custom analytics platform built with .NET and Angular technologiesPartner closely with colleagues to deliver both current-state enhancements and future-state platform capabilitiesLead requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and user story creation within Azure DevOps (ADO)Write and refine user stories, prioritize work, and actively participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesTranslate complex business needs into detailed functional requirements, workflows, and actionable product storiesWork directly with internal stakeholders and service lines to understand analytics outputs, operational workflows, and pricing challengesPartner with stakeholders including finance leaders, operational teams, supply chain teams, and business leadership to gather requirements, validate priorities, and ensure alignment between business needs and product deliveryParticipate in stakeholder calls and cross-functional discussions to drive clarity, prioritization, and executionRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Product Owner with Business Analyst experienceMust have worked with UX Designers and working knowledge of Design Systems, Front end UI and Angular/React framework knowledgeStrong experience working with data-centric applications and workflow-based platformsProven ability to write detailed user stories and manage backlogs within Azure DevOps (ADO)Experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and working closely with engineering and architecture teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience validating and testing data-driven solutionsStrong communication skills with the confidence to challenge stakeholders and ask critical "why" questionsExperience collaborating directly with technical teams including architects and senior engineersSelf-directed and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment
