Canning Line Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Canning Line Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently stacking and organizing boxes onto pallets for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled safely and in compliance with industry standards. As well as operating fill equipment, labeling jugs and boxes, and organizing paperwork related to production. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members. Duties Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move boxes and pallets throughout the warehouse. Stack boxes onto pallets in a safe and efficient manner to optimize space and ensure stability during transport. Load and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring accurate counts and quality checks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations within the distribution center. Assist in performing regular equipment checks and maintenance on canning line equipment. Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations. Requirements Previous experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including palletizing techniques and distribution center workflows. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards is a plus. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
