Must possess physical capabilities as demanded by DPSSTFirst Aid Certificate, required upon DPSST Certification and periodic renewal thereafterCPR Certification, required upon DPSST certification and periodic renewal thereafterAbility to be sworn as a Police Officer in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 181.610-181.990Current or recent experience as a Police Officer, Corrections Officer, or Police Reserve Officer is desirable but not requiredSalary and Work Schedule Corrections Deputy - This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage range of $27.03 - $36.20 per hour, depending on experience.Patrol Deputy - This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage range of $27.84 - $37.32 per hour, depending on experience.The normal work schedule is 8.00 hours per day, 5 days a week; 10.00 hours a day, 4 days per week; or 12.00 hours per day, 3-4 days per week.
