The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of heavy and highway construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating workforce and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, conducting on-site inspections, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role requires effective leadership and communication to meet project deadlines and objectives. Qualifications Strong knowledge of heavy and highway construction practices, standards, and equipment Proven capability in project scheduling, on-site workforce coordination, and subcontractor management Experience with quality control, safety regulations, and permitting processes Ability to troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges effectively Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus Prior experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role in heavy/highway construction Experience with Computerized Time Card/. xywuqvp Job Costing Software Experience with Survey/GPS will not required, is a plus A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required We offer a competitive salary with comprehensive health benefits.
