The ideal candidate can be trusted with confidential business, financial, and personal information.Roles and Responsibilities Act as the primary support and resource for the VP, including but not limited to telephone communications, schedule coordination, credit card reconciliation, and recordkeepingUpdate and maintain donor data in EAA's customer relationship management (CRM)Generate weekly and monthly fundraising reportsPull donor lists that support a variety of fundraising functionsProcess gifts and pledges within the CRM when neededDevelop standard operating procedures for the Foundation, as well as work to identify new processes that streamline operationsSupervise the donor concierge services for AirVenture, including prepping packet delivery, cart management, IFR slot coordination, and moreAble to manage issues with critical thinking solutions that embody the company cultureEmbrace and support the EAA Aviation Foundation's mission and perform safe practices in the workplace and aviation environmentAll other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience5+ years' experienceAdvanced written and oral communication skillsProficient computer skills with advanced knowledge in excelExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications Non-profit experience2+ years project management experiencePower BI ExperienceAviation experience either professionally or as an enthusiastPhysical Requirements Typical office setting. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
