This positionis responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm (Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines as necessary)Full Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance; 401K; PTO, discounts to attractions and shows in Branson, paid training, etc.Paid WeeklyFull TrainingPrincipal Duties And ResponsibilitiesPays flat hourly rate of $17 per hourCheck all Marketing EmailsCheck all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are availableEmail or fax hotels and vendorsKeep up to date Blackout ListCheck condo availabilityPull manifests for all arrivalsAll other duties assignedRequirements1+ year Administrative or Office work preferredExcellent verbal communication skillsFast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillsetAbility to multi-task and perform well under pressureFunctional knowledge of computers and basic computer programsExcellent communication skillsProficient in basic PC knowledgeMicrosoft Office experience is preferredproficient in Microsoft excel is requiredMust enjoy a team environmentbusiness casual dress codeMust be at least 18 to apply.
